4th of July

It seems like this was our first real year of enjoying the 4th. Since we've been married, our first together Adlen was only 2 months old, and too little and then the other 2 years she was already in bed. So this year we thought we'd get together with our neighbors and got to the empty lots behind our home and lite a few. We started around 8:30 and didn't finish till 10. But we had a wonderful time. Adlen loved holding the sparklers and watching the fireworks go off. To make sure she didn't get too scared, we told her that there were sparkles in the sky and she loved it. We left Tysen at home in bed during the festivities, however, please do not call CPS, I was checking on him regularly!
