Can you find the baby?

An Update

I haven't really updated our blog on just the day to day stuff so first: Tysen started rolling over about a week and a half ago and he is really good at it now, but I can't figure out if he's more happy on his tummy, or back. I think he gets upset just because he can't keep up with Adlen. Second, Mothers Day was wonderful. I got breakfast in bed (Justin usually cooks dinner so I opted for this instead of dinner), with wonderful flowers, a dozen from him and a dozen from the kids. I also was spoiled with wonderful gifts and a fun treasure hunt. Then we spent the day together. I have to say that I feel blessed to have the family that I do, they make my job so easy that "mothers day" in some form or another is everyday for me. Whether its Adlen telling me "good job" or Justin helping with house work or even Tysen taking a long afternoon nap when Adlen does, when these things happen that I some how am still pampered on a regular basis. Third, we had Adlens birthday, which I wrote about and fourth and most recently I ran in a 4 mile race today. I haven't really been running much but this had obstacle courses through out which I thought would be fun and break up having to just run (since I was a sprinter in high school I'm not much for running long distances). I'm proud of myself for actually doing it. I'm proud that I didn't finish last and ran it under an hour, going into it I thought it would at least take me an hour and 15 minutes! I'm excited about doing something like this again and being in even better shape for it!

Happy Birthday Adlen

Adlen, I can't believe you are three today! It has gone by so fast. I have been thinking all day about how difficult it was just to get you here, and now that I have you I'm the luckiest mom in the world! Right now you say that Pink is your favorite color, you love animals and cars, and mommy and daddy are "your best friend ever". Adlen I love how sweet you are and how many times you hug me and kiss me during a day. My three favorite things about you are when you say "love you mommy" or "good job mommy", how good you are at listening and how fast you are learning about your little world. My three favorite things to do with you are cuddle, read books and play. Your three favorite things to eat are chips, hot dogs, and treats.
Your daddy is so proud to have you as his little girl aCheck Spellingnd loves when he comes home to big hugs and kisses. We can't wait to see how much more grown up you become this next year, and all the new things you'll learn, even learning to pee on the potty (whether you want to or not)!
We Love You So Much
Happy Birthday

A busy month

Cooking ffrois, a family tradition

At the water feature in Arizona

Eating Icecream with cousins

We've had a busy month with visitors and me taking a trip to Arizona to visit my family. We had Justin's family in for two weekends and then, so Justin could get more work done on the kitchen, I went to Arizona to see my brother and his family. And then my dad came out for a few days to help with other projects for a few days. So I posted a few pictures to summarize the month!
